Trouble in delivery
trouble in the delivery is a very rare case. however, could we please check the following? (that probability is 0.001% less.)

Insurance Program

usually, we do apply the insurance to items, in the case of "EMS, ePacket". including insurance charge in delivery fee. in case of non registered SAL flights small packet insurance is additional option.

we has been setting the delivery method depending on the commodity amount of money.
investigate by post office

there is a need to investigate in any cases, if loss or damage or non-delivery, before luggage arriving. delivery company of arrival country and Japan Post will investigate. ( it take many time until completed. about 2weeks or half month or 1 month)
our correspondence for some trouble

if loss or damage etc, we will ship the order item again. we will refund if the item is out of stock. or, if you can wait until the stock please wait until the reshipment.
situation of some trouble

if the package is damaged when arrives..., please check the damaged condition of the package and a item along with the delivery person.

if item is cracked or broken.., please do not receive the item. deposit the item to delivery person.

if possible, please send to us take photos of the damaged part of the item and package by email. please do not sign the receipt. please got from deliveryman if there is a certificate deposited.

please contact to the shipping company that crack or brake condition, and then please contact us. in most cases, the phone number for contact is description in the receipt certificate.

even without appearance is damaged. whenever possible, please check the condition of the item as soon as possible.
